Account Manager

Location: The Netherlands (hybrid)

Type: Full-time

We are hiring an Account Manager to drive B2B growth and build trusted relationships with customers in compliance and security-heavy markets.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound B2B opportunities.
  • Run discovery, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Partner with onboarding and customer success to grow and retain accounts.
  • Keep pipeline hygiene and forecasting accurate in CRM.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Preferably experience selling security, compliance, or risk products.
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative, structured way of working.
