What is a security questionnaire?

How does Secreply use AI to answer security questionnaires?
Secreply uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to find relevant information in your uploaded security policies and documentation. When a questionnaire comes in, the AI searches your knowledge base, finds the most relevant sections, and drafts accurate answers with source references you can verify.
What file formats does Secreply support?
Secreply supports Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Word (.docx), PDF, and plain text files. You can upload security questionnaires in any of these formats, and also upload your internal documentation in these formats to build your knowledge base.
How does the Confluence integration work?
Secreply connects to your Atlassian Confluence workspace via OAuth 2.0. Once connected, it automatically syncs your documentation pages into your knowledge base. The sync runs periodically to keep your answers up-to-date as your policies evolve.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted at rest in AWS (EU region), transmitted over TLS, and never used to train AI models. We are GDPR-compliant and offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Each organization's data is strictly isolated.
How accurate are the AI-generated answers?
Secreply provides source references for every answer, so you can verify accuracy before submitting. The AI only uses information from your own documents — it never hallucinates from general knowledge. Most customers report 80-90% of answers need no or minimal editing.
Can multiple team members collaborate?
Yes. Secreply supports team collaboration with role-based access. You can assign questionnaire sections to different team members, track progress, and review answers together before exporting.
What compliance frameworks are supported?
